Hello my name is Linh A.K.A. Elle and I'm a fellow HAIRBURNER..... I cut, color, and also style hair. I've been in the industry for 5 years now and am always looking to grow and learn. I'm always looking for new classes at other salons and other conventions and realized that some of the classes and shows was a waste of time and money. So I started to look at other websites and soon saw that there was not so many options for just for us. So I've decided to create something for us to get to contact and chat with others in the industry! I feel that there are good hairstylist in this industry but in order to be a GREAT one... You and willing to share and learn. Even if you can learn one thing from another person that is one more thing that you didn't know. I so want was planning on going to Mexico, but now it looks like I'm getting fandangled into going to the Vegas hair show June 13-15th. Have a fricken' blast in Mexico though an maybe we can meet in the near future at some other hair and booze combination fun! :D

hoestly dude, some of the best education i recieved for it was working for Chanel in a macys out here, they put you through 2-3day courses, its pretty sweet, then quit macys lol

How do you go about doing this? Do they just let you do whatever u want? Super sick wid it well for this one, he told me he wanted something sick and there wasnt any limit to what he wanted me to do. this design was a for the fasion show so i knew i had to make it sick, and i had plenty of time to do it. so i took out my graffiti book " Graffiti World" and started sketching ideas from the book and molding them together on paper. my model also had scars on the top of his head so i had to start there and make them part of the negative space. i begin and lines just start forming together, i dont know how lol but they do. whenever i get stuck, i take a step back or walk around, just to break the pattern, ill take the graffiti book and find the shape, corner, or the intersection of the the part im stuck on and see if an artist has that shape and how uses the space, and solve the problem that way. for this one i manage to fit everything perfectly. its also a combination of old ideas mix with new ones. thanks for the comment. it means alot. :)

thanks for the comments, he is half chihuahua and half maltese. that picture was when he was only about 9 weeks old and not even 1 pound yet. now he's 9 months old, and probably more like 3.5 pounds. i bring him to work every day :)
